[3.5] Cleric/Monk PrCs?

A friend of mine is looking for PrCs for a Monk/Cleric multiclass character. I know of Sacred Fist PrC and the Master of the West Wind PrC in Dragon 314... does anyone know offhand of some others out there?

That's mostly it, unless you get into stuff like Monk/Ur-Priest or Tashalatora Ardents.
