greetings playgrounders, I'm rolling up my first cleric. ever.

and I have a question.

I'm using the SRD and looking at the cleric spells per day chart it says
"0 level spells x"
"1 level spells 1+1"

so my question is about domain spells.... and the chart

what exactly is meant by 1+1
does this mean one 1st level spell +1 domain slot?

(and so at 2nd level 2+1 means 2 first level spells +1 domain slot)

or is this simply a.....
I have no idea waht

and the domain spells are in ADDITION TOO the 1+1?

thanks in advance.

Yes. The +1 is the domain slot. They are just reminding you that you have them.

OKay thanks, Just wanted to make sure I wasn't about to screw up my spell list..

so since I get to domains
as a level 2 cleric I get
4 0 level spells
2 1 level spells
AND
1 spell in each domain (for a total of 2 domain slots, although they're different domains)

is this correct?

No, you get one domain slot per level, to fill from both domain.

oh okay...
I think I get it now
so its

as a level 2 cleric
4 0 level spells
2 1 level spells
AND
1 domain spell, to be picked from either domain...

is THAT correct?

Yes, the point of having more than one domain is so you're not always stuck with the same spell in that domain slot. You can switch it up from day to day. You can also use a metamagic version of a domain spell in a higher slot (if you have any metamagic feats).

Assuming you only have 11 wisdom, yes.

Unless you have 12 or more wisdom, in which case you get an extra 1st level spell. (really high Wisdom would grant more)
