What prestige classes are there to either give a more divine spin to the bard or allow a divine caster to make use of the Perform skill? Non-prestige-class suggestions are welcome but more likely to overlap with plans I already have. Feats are also needed.

You've probably already seen this but the Divine Bard (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantcharacterclasses.htm) variant?

The Evangelist from Complete Divine doesn't advance spellcasting or Bardic music and doesn't really look that great, but it is flavorful and essentially a Bardic Priest if I ever saw one.

The Divine Prankster from the Races of Stone is a gnomish cleric/bard class.

The Ollam is a divine-flavored bard-like PrC, though I've heard it's somewhat underpowered.
Fochluchan Lyrist is the standard Bard/Druid Theurge, though it's really tricky to get into in a timely manner without cheese.

There is also Spelldancer from MoF.
