I'm makeing a barbarian/fist of the forest/Drunken Master the fist of the forest gives me 1d10 unarmed damage if I use a monk's belt should my unarmed damage rise as if I were a monk with 1d10 unarmed damage or not?

No, if you don't have monk levels FotF gives you a separate damage progression, I believe.

Doesn't Drunken Master require flurry to enter?

Okay thanks and you're right I guess a one lvl monk dip won't hurt that much

considering how good the first 2 levels of monk are i'd take a 2 dip and be happy

That's not quite right. Fist of the Forest gives you a (pretty decent) unarmed damage progression whether you've got Monk levels or not. (This FotF benefit gets ignored if you've already got higher unarmed damage, is all.)
