I'm looking for a good, non-casting (in this case, though I disagree with this assessment, ToB is a T2 caster) homebrew class to gestalt with the Limit Dragoon (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=168962) found here. Anyone have any ideas?
The DM categorizes "Casting [as] anything that grants powers on a progressive scale that require no personal cost to use, such as maneuvers, breaches, spell slots, and others."
So, Playground, help me out here? And a minimum of hate regarding the classification of ToB as spellcasting please.

Do you consider the Warlock a caster for this purpose?

Or perhaps psionics? While psi users do "cast" they require a "cost" of spending points so it may be exceptable.

I believe that Invocations would fall under his definition of spellcasting, yes. Though as it is not a full caster, I'll ask about it.
Edit: Psionics, however, count, I'm fairly sure.

You could try the DSP Soulknife. (http://dsp-d20-srd.wikidot.com/soulknife) It's much stronger than the original and it's not a caster, so your DM won't be mad.
Then enter Soulbow (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20060403a&page=2) if you want to be ranged. Congratulations, T3 without magic or maneuvers

Ah, forgot to mention: all homebrew must be from these forums.

(Shameless self promotion I know) Take a look at my Soul Weaver (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171848) class. It's a bit like an Incarnum Warlock, originally based on Dr. Manhattan.

Does Incarnum count then? Person_Man's War Soul (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=156441) (An update of Xallace's Soulblade) is T3 and martial.

No magic, psionics, maneuvers, bindings, or soulmelds?
Fighter (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=161103). Rogue (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=161222). Samurai (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=163793).
I don't know if the revisions change the Tier of the classes (probably not), but they're upgrades to a non-casting class that might help you.
