Mmkay, so here's the deal: Gestalt game. Using ErrantX's Ranger fix*//Psychic Warrior, probably a human.

Naturally, I'm drowning in feats. So, I'd like some help with selection! We're starting at level five, and I guess I'm looking for damage output primarily. Naturally I'm picking up EWP Spiked Chain so I can use Enlarge to get ridiculous reach, but basically I'd like someone to design a pretty decent build. Probably an uber charger.

With so many feats, it should be easy to qualify for Psychic Weapon Master (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040827d). Gestalt Psychic Warrior with it at the levels that it doesn't advance your manifester level. Sanctified Mind in Lords of Madness is also a useful class, it requires Iron Will which you can gain via the Otyugh Hole in Complete Scoundrel for 3,000 gp without wasting a feat on it.

You said Ranger fix, but your link jumped to the Fighter fix post, which are you using? I say go with the Fighter if you can take the Dungeoncrasher ACF from Dungeonscape and the Zhentarim Soldier (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060327a) substitution levels (reflavored as big-bad-bully with no association to any organization). Get the feat Jotunbrud in Races of Faerun if available, assuming it will qualify you for the feat Knock-Back in Races of Stone. If not, then use Goliath for your race if its +1 LA will only reduce one side of your gestalt progression or if you could have bought it off (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/reducingLevelAdjustments.htm) already. Knock-Back plus Dungeoncrasher will make you deal tons of damage when you hit stuff, and get the feat Large and In Charge in the Draconomicon so they can't even get close enough to attack you. Put max ranks in Intimidate, get the Never Outnumbered skill trick in Complete Scoundrel, and take Imperious Command from Drow of the Underdark. At Fighter 9 you'll be able to demoralize an opponent as a swift action, so you can keep an enemy cowering for the entire encounter without giving up any of your attacks. Another good feat to have is Linked Power from Complete Psionic, manifest a swift-action buff and link a standard-action buff to it, the standard-action buff goes off the following round without taking any of your actions.
