Types of Rings
Green: People with Green Rings are champions of good, and crusaders of willpower.

Blue: People with Blue Rings are those with great hope, and get the power to heal.

Yellow: People with Yellow Rings value power, and fear.

Red: People with Red Rings are angry, and filled with rage and conquest.

Orange: People with Orange Rings are greedy, and operate for their own devices.

Black: People with Black Rings are embodiments of death. Only zombies can use a black ring.

White: People with White Rings are embodiments of life. There's only one white ring, and no one in the Nexus knows it's location.

Violet: People with Violet Rings wield the power of love.

Indigo: People with Indigo Rings wield the power of compassion.

HQ: The HQ of the orginization is located in a satellite hovering above the Nexus.

Defense System:
The defense system was orgiginally supposed to have evil detectors, laser turrents, plasma shields, etc. But then the construction workers had to cut corners, so the only defenses are a very weak shield surrounding base, and a couple turrents outside base.

OOC Rules
No destroying HQ. You can inflict damage on it, but if you want to do a lot of damage or destroy it, PM me.
Romance sub-plots are allowed, but they may only appear rarely.
No attacking other members. If you're battling each other in the arena or training room, it's fine.

FAQ
What is the rings of power:The Rings of Power is a group made up of people with power rings. It was formed by Maxios, after he discovered a green ring in a treasure horde. He then built the base with the money he got from the treasure horde, after all rewards were split between the questers, he built HQ.

Ooookay. What does the group DO?
It's dedicated to fighting crime and battling evil of any form. Even in the form of penguins.

So that means no one evil can join?No. If the group says that, they're subject to a lawsuit over not allowing evil to join. Evil PCs CAN join, but they can't actively commit evil acts.

Why isn't the title an acryonym like the other groups:
The PCs will decide on the name of the group, then the title of the thread will be changed. The name of the group has been decided (LANTERN) and the acronym itself, is nearly finished.

The Rooms of HQ

Level One
Living Room: The entrance to the base is here. The living room has a 70 inch Flatscreen, HD, 3D, television, and a couch. There's also some video game systems.
The Computer Room: This room has 20 of the Nexus' best computers to be used by members of LANTERN.
The Libary: This room has many, many books, and blank journals for the members to write in.
The Bathroom: Not noteworthy at all, but it DOES have talking toilets that respond to voice commands like "Flush" and "Unclog yourself this instant!" or even "Turn into a giant fighting robot!"
The Kitchen: The kitchen is state of the art! Everything about it from the ovens, microwaves, and even the blenders are of the best technology avaible!
The War Room: This Room has holograms of everything in the Nexus, controls of the spy satellites, and the HQ's survelliance cameras.
The Cloning Room: This has a cloning machine and the DNA of all the members, in case their soul goes into a golem and they need to clone their body so they can perform the Rite of the Soul.

Bedrooms: This floor is just rooms for all the members. All bedrooms are customizable, and described by their owners.

Prison: This floor is a prison for enemies of LANTERN.

Currently, Maxios is sitting in the entrance hall next to a cake. A banner sitting above him reading "WELCOME TO THE GRAND OPENING OF THE RINGS OF POWER"

Maxios is a little annoyed at the fact that no one's joined yet. He's reading an instruction manual "How to handle Green Power Rings"

[Rae Artemi]

Rae flies into the headquarters.

Huh. Thought I saw some green energy.

He says when he sees Maxios, and then he looks around, taking in the place.

You do know that every other organization that uses these things are called Lantern Corps, right?

[Maxios]

"Yeah. I'm still deciding on the name of the group though. Either RAM (Rings of Almighty Power) or the Corps." Maxios tells Rae, obviously happy to have someone come to the HQ.

[Rae Artemi]

How about LANTERN? We can figure out what it means later.

Rae says, taking a piece of cake.

[Maxios]

"Alright. That could work." Maxios says, grabbing a slice of cake.

[Rae Artemi]

Hmm. But what could it stand for? L words, L words, L words... Lovers, Lawful, Least, Law, Losers, Lamenting, Lovely, Loyal...

He continues listing words while eating his cake.

[Maxios]

"Law Abiding could be L and A."

[Rae Artemi]

I thought so too, but that seems... restricting. The last time I was in a corps, we didn't really obey the law, but we still got things done. Sort of. I think. Can't really remember much from then.

Translation, most of it hasn't happened yet.

Both people in the HQ may notice that there is, without any explanation, a cat now in the base. It is Chezchire, who walks over to the table, jumps up and attempts to nom some cake. Because Chezchire likes to keep an eye on all organizations, no matter how small they are. Meow.

Hullo kitty.

Rae says, using his ring to translate feline.

[Maxios]

Rae: "Good point. Maybe Lawful Almighty perhaps? Or something? I got it! L: Lantern. A: Almighty."

Chezcire: "Welcome to LANTERN HQ! Take a power ring!" Maxios says, holding a bowl filled with power rings to Chezchire.

Meow. The cat says, which translates into: "Meow.":smallconfused:. The cat looks at the bowl of power rings, reaches out lazily... Then tries to grab as many as it can!

[Rae Artemi]

They won't work unless you let the right one choose you.

Rae says, before taking a big bite of cake.

[Maxios]

"Greed suits you best. Take this." Maxios hands the cat an orange ring.

[ThirdEmperor]

(Did the cat get the bowl?)

[Maxios]

(Yeah. Since he was trying to take them all, Maxios assumed that an orange ring would fit him best)

[ThirdEmperor]

The cat looks at the ring, then at the bowl. Then it shoves the bowl into it's mouth and swallows at massive speed, despite the fact that it's mouth really isn't big enough to do so. Then it tries to grab the ring with it's tail.:smallbiggrin:

Luckily, Maxios, realizing the cat was going to eat the bowl with rings, he uses his green ring to move all the rings out, but not the one the cat has.

Yeah, no.

Rae says, pointing his ring at the cat.

Spit that out or I take it out.

[Maxios]

"It will come out on it's own eventually, but we definently won't use it then." Maxios tells Rae.

[Rae Artemi]

Yeah, why don't you just give those to me?

Rae says to Maxios, holding his hand out.

Angrily, Chezchire attempts to grab a few rings and shove them inside his mouth before they get away. The bowl ain't coming back though.

[Maxios]

"No! Bad cat!" Maxios says handing the rings to Alec. He uses the ring to conjure a squirt bottle, and squirts the cat a couple times.

[Rae Artemi]

Wait, who's Alec? If you meant Rae, yeah, Rae will take them and put them in his pocket, and then run his finger along the opening, which will disappear.

[Maxios]

(Alec is another character on a thread I post on, I got them mixed up.)
"Alright. The cat won't eat the rings now."

[ThirdEmperor]

The cat leaps away, hissing, the orange ring clutched in it's tail. Quickly, before it can lose this one to, it pops the ring in it's mouth and swallows. Maxios and Rae might notice a slight, almost imperceptible under all it's fur, increase in it's girth, and the orange glow of his eyes is much more noticeable. I can has anothr ring nao? They taste liek powr.

[Maxios]

"Oh my god. You just...absorbed the ring. It's powers are now permanently in you."

[Rae Artemi]

No. No you can't. You get one, and you just wasted it. Good job.

Rae says, going back to eating his cake.

[Maxios]

Maxios eats the rest of his cake in one gulp.
"Do you want a tour?" He asks Rae and the cat.

[Rae Artemi]

Sure, why not?

He says, finishing his cake in a more reasonable manner.

[Maxios]

"Alright." He motions for the cat to come to.

[Maxios]

Maxios starts the tour. First, he shows Rae arena. It's a giant steel cage that members can practice battle each other in.

Wantz anothr ring. They nommy. The cat says, following.

[Maxios]

"So what are your thoughts on the arena?" Maxios says asking Rae and the cat. "It's only for dueling though, and nobody may be killed in the arena."

[Rae Artemi]

Stop talking like that, it's annoying. And you aren't getting another ring.

Rae says, examining the arena.

You might want something stronger than steel, as these rings can easily break it.

[ThirdEmperor]

The cat, rolling it's eyes to indicate that it can't speak any other way, grins when he sees the arena. With a yowl of delight it leaps into the cage, and waits for something to beat up.

[Maxios]

"It's magic inforced steel. Near unbreakable." Maxios says proudly. Next, he shows Rae and the cat, The War Room. The War Room has a hologram of the Nexus, and a super computer. The computer can be used to see any location in the Nexus from a top-down view.

(Edit: Maxios sends a robot in to battle the cat.)

Yup, maps and science based scrying. Got anything impressive?

Rae says. As space bases go, this one is pretty plain, from his point of view.

The cat, who couldn't possibly have won against a robot, how dare you send one to attack him, walks into the room. There is a distinct absence of robot.

[Maxios]

"Let's see here...state of the art cafeteria, teleporters, defense system, talking toilets..." Maxios begins counting off on his fingers. "Man did those toilets cost a lot."
"Ah! The cat's rejoined the tour!"

[Rae Artemi]

So, food, something we can do anyway, something we can do anyway, and talking toilets? Well, at least one of those things are sort of interesting.

First thing I'd do is change lawful to Loyal. They mean almost the same thing, but not quite. And then nix Almighty, it sounds way too arrogant.

Rae asks, after scanning the systems to figure out how they work.

Rae says, looking a bit annoyed.

Rae: Alright. Maxios sighs when he see's Rae deadtime.

"I didn't even know the rings could scan things, or shoot lasers!"

I'm pretty sure that only the blue ones can scan things like that, but I may be wrong. Lasers, though, those are pretty much the simplest way to attack with these.

"Cool!" Maxios accidently shoots a laser, which causes a hole in the wall. Some chairs are sucked in it before the hole is fixed.
"Whoops."

Bored. Wants sumethin two do. Mr. Cat complains.

Maxios throws a ball of yarn at the cat.

Mr. Cat grabs the yarn and plays with it. He is a cat after all.

"Aparently, yarn is the cat's weakness. Our enemies must not find that out." Maxios says dryly.

Mr. Cat pauses from his epic battle with the yarn long enough to nod sagely.

"Okay then." Maxios says.
"Wanna go fight some crime?"

And then he snaps his fingers, and the yarn catches fire.

Mr. Cat throws the yarn into the air, opens his mouth and then *sluuuurrrp!* It's gone. Like spaghetti.

[Maxios]

Maxios begins to laugh a little.
"Alright! Do you guys want to go beat some evil-doers?"

Mr. Cat nods with enthusiasm. Yez, I'm gonna nom teh bad humanz!

[Maxios]

"Alright! To the teleporters!" Maxios says, flying towards the teleporters.

Mr. Cat does not move. He just waits. Silly humans, don't they know how to teleport?

[Maxios]

"Oh right." He goes back to the others. "We'll go on patrol in Inside."

[Rae Artemi]

Y'know what? You can do that. I'll stay here in case anyone come looking for a ring.

[Maxios]

"Alright. Many thanks. Just don't throw any wild parties when I'm gone." Maxios teleports to Inside.

Maxios returns after about 5 minutes.

Nothing happening?

Rae asks. Maxios may notice that the cake is gone.

"Nah. I stopped 3 bank robberies. Hey you ate all the cake!" Maxios tells Rae.

Bull. I've been at this for seven years and I couldn't have done that. Oh, and yeah, there's another one baking though.

[Maxios]

"It was Bank-way, where there are 3 banks next to each other. The robber duplicated himself to rob every bank at once, so when I KOed one, the rest were defeated too. Also, thanks for making another cake." Maxios tells Rae.

[Rae Artemi]

Then you didn't stop three bank robberies, you stopped one big one. Oh, and I'm baking pies too.

[Maxios]

"Pumpkin Pie I hope? And technically, I did stop 3 bank robberies at once."

[Rae Artemi]

They were all committed by the same guy, therefore it was just one big heist. And you were right, that kitchen is state of the art, I've got it making every kind of pie I could think of, pumpkin, cherry, apple, bannana cream, cow, rhubarb, mincemeat, blueberry, strawberry, chicken pot, chocolate, peanut butter, chocolate and peanut butter...

The list goes on for a while.

"As long as there is pumpkin pie, I'm happy." Maxios tells Rae.

I stoppd ate. Mr. Cat says, porting into base and spitting out a suspicious looking bone.

"What uh, what did you eat?" Maxios asks the cat nervously.

[Rae Artemi]

Gods, the way you talk is annoying.

Rae says to the cat. He turns to Maxios.

You wouldn't care if I muzzled him, right?

[Maxios]

"I wouldn't care at all." Maxios tells Rae.

Bad doodz trid two steel frum bankz, so I eatd. Ate tiems. Mr. Cat says happily.

Rae says, and Chezzy will find three muzzles flying straight for him.

"Oh my god! We have a cannibal on the team!" Maxios says horrified.

Iz not cannibolism if I'm not hooman. Mr. Cat says, nodding sahely and teleporting away from the muzzles.

"Well we don't eat humans on this team!" Maxios says angrily, and fires homing muzzles at the cat.

The muzzles will follow the cat.

Maxios deadtimes for about 10 minutes.

Rae says, absolutely calm.

Yes, but they aren't supposed to cause the wearers to become angry, they are just supposed to choose wearers who had great rage in the first place.

Rae says, a little confused.

A younger woman enters the building. She's wearing white and red sneakers, blue jeans, a red tube top, and a denim jacket. Her hair is cut short, and is white. Actually, closer inspection reveals that her hair is made of strands of fine crystals. Her eyes are pure white.

She looks around the place as she enters.

They don't explode when you try to use more than one, either. And Bulky was killed because of not being able to breathe in space. I should know, I was there.

Rae says, grumpily.

Maxios goes away and greets the new member.
"Welcome to LANTERN HQ!" he says happily.

Rae turns to the newcomer, who's clothes surprise him.

The word denimancy wouldn't happen to mean anything to you, would it?

He asks.

Mr. Cat, glad that his lying has resolved the matter, marches off to the kitchen to inspect the pies for magic.

"What denimancy?" Maxios Rae.

She smiles and waves at Maxios. hi! I'm Krystal. Um...I heard you guys do, like, hero stuff here?

She turns to Rae, looking a little confused. No. Why?

"Yup. I actually just stopped three bank robberies 15 minutes ago. I'm Maxios." Maxios tells Krystal.

Mr. Cat appears behind her. Don't ask how he did it, or how he's also marching to the kitchen at the same time. Do U has kat fud? Magik kat fud?

"Yeah. It's in the refridgerator, above all the cheese." Maxios tells Mr. Cat.

Krystal will hold out a hand to shake Maxios'. She looks down at Mr. Cat behind her and shakes her head. No, sorry.

Oh, I was just wondering. You're dressed for the part, and not too many people dress like us.

Mr. Cat begins rubbing against her, still in adorable form. After all, she has to have something good.

Then Rae offers the answer. Oh, okay. She holds a hand towards the rings, and waits, as if deciding. After a moment, she grabs a green one and looks it over. So, I just put it on?

Pleeeeaaaaze? If it kills me U won't has two deal with me nomore? Mr. Cat says, looking at the black ring and licking his lips. And is picked up!

"Yup. You just put it on" Maxios says. He runs into another room, and runs in carrying a pen and various registration sheets.

Upon realizing there is no saliva, the sheet suddenly appears not wet. Maxios then puts it in a folder marked "MEMBER SHEETS"

Krystal decides to fill out a form first.

Name: Krystal Jones
Age: 19
Background: A mutant from southeastern Michigan. Powers developed when I was 13, general public dislikes mutants. Was traveling to upstate New York when I came into Nexus. Been working with GLoG since.
Powers: I can produce really strong crystals from my joints. I have a little bit of a healing factor, too. I can keep the crystals on me, throw them out, or pull them out.
Ring-Color: Green
Alignment: Ummm...good? Not sure what else I'd put here...
Misc: My healing only works on me. My crystals can be used by anybody, and they can penetrate concrete. Not steel, though. They just bounce off of steel.

She hands the form back, and puts on the ring. She admires it for a moment. Then it starts glowing.

Um...is it supposed to do that? Suddenly she gasps and pulls her hand close to her. A flash of light comes from the light, and then nothing. She slowly looks down at the ring and notices that its appearance has changed. It's still green, but now it is crystallized.

That's...is that a bad sign?

Maxios puts the sheets into the folder, then his eyes grow wide when he sees the ring crystalize.
"I have never seen that before. That's not a bad thing though, I think."

I'll find out. Mr. Cat says, and attempts to lick the ring, whcih should tell him if everything has changed in it's workings.

[Maxios]

"No. Eating. Or. Tasting. Power. Rings." Maxios says angrily to Mr. Cat.

Mr. Cat's lick reveals to him that the ring's power can now be transferred into the crystals that she can produce.

She looks down at Mr. Cat, waiting for his answer.

Probably not bad. Different powers can work in weird ways with the rings.

He should know. 7 years working with this thing.

Iz even moar nommy noa. An U can put iz powers in ur crystals, but hoo carez bout dat? Mr. Cat says happily. He has a new favorite person!

[Maxios]

"I think that since's it crystal, now the ring's powers are all crystal related, no matter who wields the ring." Maxios tells Krystal. "You've got a collector's item."

She blinks, processing what Mr. Cat said.

In my crystals? She holds up a hand and makes a fist. From each knuckle sprouts a small, pointy crystal. Now, normally, these crystals would be clear. However, they now have a greenish tint to them.

Krystal looks them over for a moment. Huh. The green is new.

Yep. Mr. Cat says. Meanwhile, the other Mr. Cat has ound the kitchen, and is looking around for the pies Rae mentioned.

Wanna test them out?

Rae says, motioning toward the arena.

Krystal looks over to where the arena is. Sure. She'll set Mr. Cat down and head over there.

Mr. Cat will, in fact, be waiting in there. As he never left. The Mr. Cat Krystal was holding is gone without a trace. Meanwhile, other Mr. Cat finds the pies and starts to nom!

[Maxios]

"Alright. Actually, I was thinking we can go to the danger room." Maxios tells the others, walking towards the arena.

Something clicks in Krystal's head.

Danger room? You have a danger room? She's a little excited by that.

[Maxios]

"Yup!" Maxios tells Krystal.

Awesome! The place I was originally headed to had one, too.

"Great!" Maxios tells Krystal, and, flying down the halls, motioning for the others to follow.

Krystal walks. She wants to wait to try the flying.

Mr. Cat races ahead, eager to get there first.

[Maxios]

"So, we can simulate any envirement or sceanario in the Danger Room, from the deserts of the Desert of Doom, to the lair of the dreaded Ninja-Pirate-Zombie." Maxios says, and stops. They are now in the Danger Room.

Rae smiles, and flies through a portal made by his ring.

Poping in Andy enters the party or more or less falls through the entrance.

Krystal looks around a little.

He will find Mr. Cat has beat him there, and is grinning. Noob.

"So! Is there any specific scenario you want to do?" Maxios asks Krystal.

Edit: A voice greets Andy, and gives him directions to the danger room.

"The NPZ is a horrific monster I've fought before. Very deadly."

She shakes her head. Not really. Maybe just some target practice stuff?

[Zefir]

"What? You? Havn't you eat enougth rings in Trogs?"

[Maxios]

Targets suddenly appear to shoot at.
"ALL PERSONALL PLEASE REPORT TO DANGER ROOM FOR TRAINING" a voice from the loudspeaker says.

Nope. Wantz moar.

[Rae Artemi]

Rae too had beaten Maxios, but he hears someone at the door, so he goes to answer it, meeting Andy.

Hey, Andy, you got a ring too?

[Maxios]

Maxios shoots some targets.

Krystal raises her fist and aims the ring at the targets.

She concentrates, and a blast of green fires. It hits a target, but it's not center.

Hmmm...fires different than my crystals. Gonna have to get used to it.

[Zefir]

"Oh hey Rae. Yup thought it would be a good idea to defende the one I think I love"

He seems a bit embrased and avoides the word love.

[Maxios]

"This is the first time I've ever shot from the ring too." Maxios tells Krystal. He's not very good, and none of his laser shots hit the center.

Sighing, Mr. Cat walks into the center of the danger room, pulls out a Desert Eagle .50, anf fires six shots at Maxios! Which disappear just as they're about to hit, re-appearing pointed at the targets and hitting seven dead center! Noobz.

Hey! That wasn't called for! She yells at Mr. Cat.

"Nice trick." Maxios tells Mr. Cat. "But, we're learning how to shoot lasers from our rings right now, not guns."
"That cat may or may not be a little insane." Maxios explains to Krystal. "But still, it was uncalled for!"

Noble, that's cool. Want some cake? And then a tour?

"You make a fist, and point it at what you want to shoot at, and think about shooting a laser." Maxios explains to Mr. Cat

In the kitchen, Mr. Cat has finished the last of the pies. He does however sprare one, putting the pumpkin pie on a counter for Maxios.

She decides to try something. She holds her right hand over her left shoulder, forms a fist, and swings it at the targets. Green crystals launch out of her knuckles and fly at the target. When they hit, they actually burn a hole through it and stick into the wall behind it.

...that's also new.

Maxios fires at a few more targets.
"You have to think about a laser shooting out from the ring." Maxios tells Mr. Cat. After Krystal does the move described, Maxios says "Whoa. That was awesome!"

But I sed sry! An I has nevr hit nobody! Mr. Cat says, making a sad face. Then he concentrates and a laser... Doesn't shoot out from his hand. Dang.

Hey, you said you ate the ring, right? Try your mouth, then.

"Of course!"
Maxios says after Krystal suggests the lasers shoot out of the cat's mouth.
"That must be it! Since you ate the ring, that means it shoots out from your mouth, not hands!"

Oh, look! A dummy.

Krystal folds her left arm, and a crystal pops out of her elbow. She grabs it and pulls it out. Just like the previous ones, it glows green.

She holds it like a sword, and takes a swing at the dummy. It cleanly slices right through.

Another dummey appears next to Maxios, and he fires a laser shot through it before slicing it with a sword formed by the power ring.

You can make swords from these things? Huh.

Krystal holds her fist out and tries it. What happens is a pair of crystals suddenly pop out of her shoulders.

...oops.

"Are those crystals sticking out of your shoulders?"

Krystal nods. Yeah. Not the first time that's happened. I was trying for one of those energy swords, though.

The crystals slide back into her.

[Maxios]

"Doesn't that hurt?"

She shakes her head. Not anymore. Did when I first started doing it, though.

"Ah. How'd you get the crystal powers?"

I'm a mutant. My DNA has some extra stuff in it, or something. Anyways, I was born like that, and the powers started appearing when I was 13.

he shoots a couple more targets.

Krystal watches him for a moment.

You know, I wish people back home were as cool with that as people are here.

People fear what they don't understand, right? Normal people were all afraid of mutants, and started trying to make us go into exile. Wasn't very nice.

Rae shows Andy around the base and stuff before heading to the danger room.

"Odd. That's never happened in the Nexus before."

Krystal nods. Yeah, that's what I've been told. Which is one reason why I like this place.

"Me? I've been in the Nexus as long as I can remember"

He gets a bull's eye on his next laser shot against the target.

Hey, whats the toughest thing I can go up against in here? I'm bored.

Rae asks Maxios.

On cue, a Ninja-Pirate-Zombie android attacks Rae.

Really?

Rae says, making a wall of blue energy to crush it against the wall.

That's the best?

Krystal decides to try out that flying thing. She closes her eyes and concentrates for a few moments.

Slowly, she rises up off the floor and hovers. She's only about a foot up.

She opens her eyes and sees this. Whoa! Awesome!

[Maxios]

And the NPZ still stands annoyed. A laser shoots out from an arm cannon at Rae.

"Great!" Maxios tells Krystal.

[Rae Artemi]

Arm cannon? A little better.

Rae says, ducking the laser and shooting a blue energy spear straight for the arm.

[Maxios]

The NPZ is pinned to the wall.

Krystal looks at Rae.

You've had yours for a while, huh?

[Rae Artemi]

Like I said.

Rae says, walking up to the robot, and throwing a punch straight for it's stomach with a huge blue energy fist.

Got anything harder?

And then he turns to Krystal.

7 years.

[Maxios]

A giant robot walks towards Rae, and fires anti-matter missiles at him.

Anti-matter? At least it's tough, though ridiculously destructive and not based in science.

Rae says, creating spheres around the missiles and tying up the robot's legs.

Yeah, I've had a long time to learn. Learned from others, too.

The missiles explode, causing minature black holes

The robot falls to the ground.

Krystal watches the battle.

I think the fact that I'm fairly used to my powers already will help.

Rae cuts a hole in the back of the robot and removes it's power line.

My ring makes fighting robots too easy, anyone wanna try me?

And to Krystal, he says.

Yeah, probably, this is fairly similar to my regular powers, and that helped me.

Mr. Cat opens his mouth, breathes in and concentrates. Then fires. Eight lasers shoot from his mouth, punching holes in the far wall. Coooool!

"Me? I can duplicate myself, and have used very minor spells before"
Maxios steps into the arena, and motions for Rae to follow.

Rae says, with a mischievous smile, waving a hand down. Krystal should find that her pants are at her ankles and her jacket is trying to pull itself off of her.

Ah! She quickly reaches down to try to pull her pants back up.

Wasn't fast enough to hide the fact that she's wearing blue and white striped panties.

Maxios stifles a laugh, and enters the arena cage.

Rae's got a girlfriend, he's not looking. Okay, maybe a little, but only for a second.

Yeah, Denimancy, control over denim, more useful than it sounds.

Then he heads to the arena.

[Maxios]

"That's what denimancy means!" Maxios says, and makes a sword appear in his hand.

Krystal glares at him as she regains control over her clothes.

You realize I'm gonna get you back for that, right?

Rae puts his hands in his pockets and waits.

Can't wait!

He says, flashing a smile at Krystal.

[Maxios]

"Deja Vu. I said that same thing a week ago to a mage named Mercury."

Maxios swings the sword at Rae.

Rae takes the sword on his arm, where it glances off his jacket.

Yup, keep trying.

[Maxios]

Maxios swings the sword repeadetly.

[Rae Artemi]

Rae blocks it. With his arm. Repeatedly.

Yeah, you may want to try something different.

Maxios takes a few steps back, and tries to squish Rae with a giant mallet.

Rae says, taking one hand out of his pocket and shooting a single arrow at the center of the mallet, going just fast enough to stop it.
