Map of the Western Continent

I tried looking through the comics around the time when they went to the Western Continent, but I have been unable to locate the map that I remember seeing. The closest approximation that I have been able to find is this vague map (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0680.html) in the tent of the map seller at the market town.

Any idea where the more detailed map with the country names is?
