This build was inspired a lot by Gamma World's overcharge mechanic. What can I say, I love the way GW works, and I want to incorporate some of that into regular D&D. Half-Orc Bard is going to be having a bit of GW stuff soon, too. It counts as D&D 4e, so, hey!
