Yes. Yes we can. Since Elan's gotten naked and only "down under" was censored and he and Nale are identical twins, we can assume that they're both men.

Well, Elan was the one who retrieved the Girdle (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0009.html), maybe he's experimented similar items before :smallamused:
