Rabbit Race Usagi Yojimbo Style?

Does anyone know of or have an anthropomorphic rabbit race? I'm wanting to play a character inspired by Usagi Yojimbo (the samurai rabbit from the Ninja Turtles). I know of the anthropomorphic animals in Savage Species, but I don't think that would work. If anyone would like to stat one up or throw out ideas I'd appreciate it. I would like them to be medium and have no level adjustment a small one can be work with tho.

Oriental Adventures has the Hengeyokai, which are animal/people shapechangers. If you stay in only hybrid form your DM might let you drop them from +1 LA to +0, and even then +1 LA isn't so horrible.

The 3.5 revision brings them down to LA +0 because of some change to their typing. I don't remember exactly what, but they're probably fine as LA +0 as is.

Also, there's might be an anthropomorphic rabbit in Savage Species. A re-skinned anthropomorphic rat would probably do the same thing if there's not.
