Now, I've noticed that in the case of classes other than rogue that grant sneak attack damage, it is noted that this stacks with other sneak attack abilities.

However, does sneak attack stack with other "bonus damage dice" class abilities? For example, would a scout/rogue be able to do skirmish and sneak attack damage, or would he have to choose one or the other?

Yes, but they are two separate things though. So it wouldn't matter if they stacked as they aren't the same thing.

They are both addional dice when circumstances are met, but you don't add them together you add seperately.
Example:
2d6 great sword +5 Str + 1d6 Sneak attack + 1d6 Skirmish
You don't add as +2d6 precision because they don't add together (as different class feature).

To restate the answer using more precise language (get it, precision? :smallwink:): it's not a bonus, so stacking is a non-issue. The two abilities both apply independently, with the result that they both get added to your attack's normal damage.
