I help a friend out my doing admin work on his phpbb site. It's currently running version 2 of the software, and I'm having trouble doing 2 things that I thought would be simple. If anybody is familiar with v2 of phpbb, I'd appreciate a bit of guidance.
A) As dumb as this question will sound... how do you remove somebody as a mod/admin? I can't figure it out.
B) I want to increase the size of the title field, so thread/post titles can be larger. I have access to the database, but altering the tables doesn't seem to be enough to make the change. What else needs to be changed in order to make titles a larger field?
And a bonus, third question, just for something I'm considering doing:
C) How difficult is the conversion from v2 to v3?
