Thri-Kreen question

Now, starting a new campaign, I'm really into the idea of a multiattack character, and am aiming at a warblade thri-kreen. I was wondering about using the thri-kreen racial class presented on page 149 on complete psionic, except using the non-psionic version, and thus leveling up alongside my party. Now, using the racial class system, do I still have the +1 level adjustment? So that when my comrades attain level three I get my second thri-kreen level, or does the race-class system equate buying back the level adjustment?

If I recall correctly it has the Character level and Class level columns, so when you reach Character level X, your class level is whatever it says on that line.
Those classes/tables basically just make managing the level adjustment easier.

I recommend (if possible) just taking the whole thing as a whole, with the MM2 non-psionic version, and asking for LA Buyoff (check the SRD).

Much simpler for everyone involved.

The table includes level adjustment. If you look closely, you do not gain class levels at 4th and 6th level - that's where the LA is hiding.
