Vlaakith CLVII (Githyanki Lich Queen)

So my epic level party (level 24) needs a good enemy and I remembered that once upon a time there was a module about stopping the Githyanki Lich Queen, Vlaakith CLVII from become a goddess. I thought seeing as the party has already killed and soul trapped a god, that she might be a good villain if I said she did become a god and gave her divine ranks. The only problem is I don't know what build to give her, so I was going to ask if anyone knew her stats from the module. I don't want to go and hunt down and buy her module just for the stats of one person, especially since I have already come up with a different plot. Does anyone out there have her stats?

Githyanki lich wiz25. Not very impressive for what is meant to be a cr28 npc though. Myself, I would make her a wiz20/archmage5.

Mind you, this is before she ascends to godhood.
