Disciple of Dispater Editing Question

So, I'm working on a Barbarian/Bard character focusing on massive criticals, Cha to damage (if you could offer advice on this too that'd be great!) and Dragonfire Inspiration stuff. I know Disciple of Dispater is a good choice for improving crit range, and I'll probably be using a Jovan as my weapon of choice, (2d6 damage, 18-20 X3 crit, exotic weapon from Manual of the Planes) but what is the feat "Expertise" found in the requirements? Is it Combat Expertise, or some other feat I've not heard of?

Several things changed names during the update to 3.5.

Marshals can add Charisma to the whole party's charge damage with a 1 level dip.
