NPCs take a long time to put together well, and once the party has seen a NPC the DM can't really use it again. However, other DMs still can use your old NPCs if you post them here, which I urge you to do.
If you feel like posting an old player character for use as an NPC, go ahead.

Place character stats within a spoiler, with a name and very brief discription outside the spoiler. Stuff like physical discription and backstory also go in the spoiler if you must add them.

I have quite a few Mutants and Masterminds NPCs statted up. A few of them (like the Demonic Troop) were combinations of templates that I modified to fit. I might also be a few pp off with some of them (made them a while ago). The names for them were just so I knew what each was; you can come up with actual better names yourself.


Demonic Troop: A PL5 melee demon, who fights with its claws and has a few immunities

Demonic Troop POWER LEVEL 5/MINION LEVEL 5
Str 16 Dex 16 Con 16 Int 12 Wis 14 Cha 10
Skills: Notice 8 (+10)
Feats: Dodge Focus 1, Attack Specialization (claws), Power Attack

Viperlings: Primitive PL6 snake-people with a snake ally and a nasty bite. If you like, you could give modernise them - a viperling mafia-type thing comes to mind.
