I had a link to a fear guide once but the link is broken. Does anyone have any good fear guides? Like intimidate induced fear or fear spells etc etc.

Sorcerer 1/Cleric 2/Dread Witch 5 (from Heroes of Horror). Use Precocious Apprentice to net you Scare.

Done. This build burns through fear-immune subjects as well as the standard folk.

Dread Witch is the best Fear Caster, of course. For mundane fear, Zhentarim (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060327a) Fighter/Barbarian with Imperious Command and Intimidating Rage is the way to go.
