[3.5]Insight Bonus Question?

hi there I remember once upon a time seeing a prestige class that an opponent who is attacking you does not get insight bonuses through anything such as AC, to hit, skills etc. i've searched many books and cannot seem to find it. I was wondering if any of you guys or girls would know what i'm talking about. The only thing that i've found that comes close is the Chaotic Mind feat which only negates Psionic insights and requires an alignment which i do not have (being Neutral Evil) I'm not sure if it was 3.0 or even 3.5 thanks for the help.

The Citadel Elite from Sharn - The City of Towers gets +5 insight bonus to AC, as well as the ability to ignore up to 5 points of the enemy's dodge or dex bonus to AC. Both later errata'ed to 1 point.
