Hi, I have a player that wants to play one, but i want to avoid him taking a 10 level class to gain a +3 templete and wings. would making it a 5 level full BaB class help fix it at all?

so the class would look like this.

{table]Level|BAB|Fort|Ref|Will|Special|Bonus Spells
1|+1|+2|+2|+2|Natural armor increase (+1),Ability boost (Str +2), claws and bite|2
2|+2|+3|+3|+3| Breath weapon (2d8), Ability boost (Str +2), natural armor increase (+2)|1
3|+3|+3|+3|+3|Blindsense 30 ft, Ability boost (Con +2)|2
4|+4|+4|+4|+4| Breath weapon (4d8), natural armor increase (+3), Ability boost (Int +2)|1
5|+5|+4|+4|+4|Wings, Blindsense 60 ft., dragon apotheosis|1
[/table]

Thanks Daks

Have you looked at the Pathfinder version of the Dragon Disciple (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/dragon-disciple)? Theirs is much better written than the 3.5e verison. It's also much better for gish builds, which was the whole point of sorcerer spells and +strength.

That would help quite a bit. I'd probably go so far as to make them into Dragon HD, but that might be a bit much.

The Current DD is basically an Epic class. It can be entered before epic, but it is good only after epic.

Full BaB, all good saves and half-dragon template in 5 levels seem strong, unless the entry requirements are very steep.

Sorry, this is bugging me, so I just have to point it out. You did something funky with you table headings, and the "Spells" part of "Bonus Spells" got bumped down a line.
