Do you think evil god could infect an individual with madness or, chaos? (40k-like chaos?) One of the ideas I have for a campaign is based upon a fact that dark gods extremely empower evil clerics and acolytes and common folk. But empowering means quite 40k-like madness similar to those who worship or are under influence of Chaos gods.
I especially wonder if such a thing could be made on powerful casters (tier 1). Or would be that too much of a DM fiat and debunked by "I have my Veil of undeath on me"?
