Quick question: Does Slam give a 2:1 conversion for Power Attack like a 2-handed weapon? Slam does 1.5 strength modifier damage.

While your slam and a 2 handed weapon share a 1.5 str rate the feat says 2 handed weapon specifically. It does not matter if you get 1.5 str or 2x str you still only get the 1:1 ratio on your power attack unless you use a two handed weapon.

On the plus side, it is incredibly easy to stack natural attacks together compared to weapon attacks, and most don't prevent you from using your iteratives as a 'primary' attack.

Also natural attack are good with power attack since they all are based off your highest BAB with secondaries at only -2 with multiattack(rather than -5,-10, etc). This allows you to make power attack decisions easier and without ruining your secondary attacks. If a weapon wielder uses power attack to the point where you primary attack is no longer a sure thing your extra attacks have almost no chance while natural attack being so close all have a similar range of chance regardless of which attack you use.

Short answer: No.

By default, all natural weapons (including slam) are considered light weapons, which normally can't use Power Attack. There's an exception for unarmed attacks and natural attacks, however. You can use Power Attack on these, but they're treated as one-handed weapons. Since these attacks are not two-handed or one-handed weapons wielded in two hands, they don't get a Power Attack multiplier. (Other multipliers/doublers, such as from Leap Attack, Spirited Charge, Headlong Rush, Valorous weapon, Frenzied Berzerker, etc. may still apply.)

Whether or not your slam attack gets x1.5 strength bonus depends on whether it's your only natural attack. If you have any secondary natural attacks, your primary attack only gets x1 strength bonus.

Bur for example a werewolf can make 2 claw attacks and a bite, the bite aplies 1.5str modifier and is exactly the same, the 2:1 power attack ratio only counts for two-handed weapons, but, u can still do a "leap attack slam"
