I love it from what I have read, but I am worried if I can pull it off alright.
Any tips, advice, etc from those who have done it?
Any more tips on balancing monsters/encounters?
I LOVE the part of where a dragon is always something significant in the world, and where the PCs need to do much more than level up to kill one. I imagine they would need to rally a kingdom/queen/king to send troops to fight it/it's horde of spawn minions for example?

ps. It is a low-magic campaign world if it matters with only a modified/boosted Adept and a Dragon Shaman available as spellcasters off the bat.
