How many ways can you buff unarmed strike damage? I'm aware of Superior Unarmed Strike, Monk's Belt, and the Weapon Focus family, but beyond that I'm not sure on stuff.

Here you go (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=7081777). In general, the most efficient combo is Monk/Psychic Warrior with the Expansion power and Tashalatora feat, with Hustle and Lion's Pounce mixed in for mobility. But there are plenty of other ways to get up to 12d6ish unarmed damage by mid-high levels. You should also consider Improved Unarmed Strike -> Improved Grapple -> Scorpion's Grasp (Sandstorm). Punch an enemy, deal unarmed damage, get a free Grapple attempt, if you succeed you deal unarmed damage (again, as a result of the Grapple), and then finish out your attack routine with opposed Grapple checks (which are easier then attack rolls) to deal unarmed damage (again, and again, and again) until you run out of attacks or your enemy is dead.

Eberron is where you want to go. You want a battlefist and the mighty arms graft (faiths of eberron). This will give you a size increase and the abilitty to add weapon enhancement on your unarmed attacks. The mighty arms are to alow you to use the battle fist.
