in this game the travler sign means you can recurit that person. Easier on me and I dont have to sprite the green npc. Also if you have that sign you can control your character. I think its more fair this way.

You're stronger than I am, and I'd like to get a few more kills under my belt." He notices the myrmidon in the distance, nearly blending in with the terrain. "Allow me to talk to him, he doesn't look like an enemy."

Caalis headed for the house, calling into the doorway, "Lock your doors, this place is about to become a battlefield."

Caalis starts in D3 and moves to H3.

(So if Shadow is controlling, could he move to come talk to Caalis?)

HA! trust me im doing the same thing with Layla and Shimadear :smallsigh: it mostly have to do with the fact that theire personalitys are so similar... the only differences are they use different types of magic, and Shimadear isn't gonna have the metal breakdowns, mostly because its more fun to have Layla have mental breakdowns. It works better with her because i can fit it into her backstory, and her support conversations with Luc.

Caalis sighed, and rubbed his eyes. "Of course they would come straight for us." He saw the new recruit, and asked, "You, Sir. What is your name? I am Caalis, I am in charge of this group, as it were." He looked towards the myrmidon coming nearer, and pointed, "Help me with that one, will you?"

Caalis moves to N4 and attacks Street Kid 2.

Dorcainna wants to keep the nation together. Aquarea wants to keep all the treasure it gets from it's raids to herself. Raquill likes how everything is. They don't want things to change. Kill the monk, monk can't counter, Hunter Kid attacks for 6. If Hunter Kid is killed, Pupil attacks for 4, then 4 again if you miss. So, worst possible scenario is miss the monk and it crits, the other two combined can't kill you this turn.

Tired from the terrible blow he had suffered earlier, Yuri the singer slumped against the frame of the strong double-door, hoping his faith had brought the murderer outside to justice. His companion Fedor, an apprentice magus, attempted to warn him of his folly - but it was too late. A savage blow shredded the wood he rested against, a rusted axe burying itself in his back. He spoke a dying prayer before crashing to the floor, his staff rolling across it.

The stoic Grey took up his position at an arrow slit, embedding an arrow into the opponent's torso. A simple laugh erupted, and the last thing the young marksman saw through that slit was the blade of the axe that squeezed through it. His death was instant and silent.

Fedor and a nameless swordsman looked on in terror and prepared themselves as an eye stared through the fresh hole.

thats what I was planning to do, then at the end just divide up all his xp (including his rp-xp that he would have gotten)

There was only one man remaining in the guardhouse, a man whose smile she had taken to be a look of abject horror.

"Toss down yer' hunk-a-junk sword ther', pal, and I won' have t'gut ya. Don't be stupid, now."

The man at the back of the storehouse smiled wider, sheathing his sword put preparing to draw it quickly. As she could see more and more, she realized from the freshly dead old man in the corner that they'd probably chosen the wrong guy to guard a hostage.

"I didn't hide in the corner," he said, "because I fear you. This blade demands blood... it wishes very dearly that you hadn't killed its next victims. Still, with them gone, there's nothing but you to stop me from killing everyone else. I'll have to use you to make up for what is lost."

"Jus' keep tellin' yerself that. Yer' just lucky that ain't a kid you jus' killed, or I'd make hell look invitin' for ya."
