Champions of Valor has Knight of the Weave. It's a 10 level arcane casting class with 6th level spells. Charisma based spontaneous casting with limited spells known.

Edit: You might want to include whether they're spontaneous or prepared casters as well.

Champions of Ruin has the Justice of Weald and Woe, a 4th level casting class... It doesn't actually state whether they're spontaneous or prepared casters or if they're divine or arcane. I'm guessing they're spontaneous casters since it has a table for spells known, and the fluff text at the beginning of the class suggests divine casting for their spells. :smallconfused:

There is also the Shade Hunter, an arcane, intelligence based spontaneous caster that gets 4th level spells.

Edit 2: Underdark brings us the Prime Underdark Guide with arcane, intelligence based prepared casting using a spellbook and gets up to 4th level spells.

Trapsmith should get an Asterisk explaining that though they only get 3rd level spells, they get spells at different spell levels. Greater Dispel Magic is a 3rd level spell for them.

Alright, I'm going to make some adjustments now.

Also, regarding the Blighter, you need to be able to cast 3rd level druid spells to enter the PrC. I'm trying to compile a list of PrCs that may be entered into by noncasters. Generally, classes that advance a separate set of casting at the expense of halting your current spellcasting progression are usually not that useful since you're behind the curve on spells for possibly 6-7 levels (Ex cleric entering Ur-Priest is behind until he reaches level 11 when he can cast 6th level spells). I have also omitted things like Nar Demonslayer and Sublime Chord which require previous spellcasting.

I'm not sure if this really counts, but Dragon Devotee (RotD) gives two levels of Sorcerer casting (at 3rd and 5th level).

I certainly think the dragon devotee should count. It's a PrC that gives you five levels of cool stuff and 2 levels of sorc even if you werent a sorc going in

Don't get too excited, their class spell list is seriously short. Basically just cure, dispel, and door/teleport. Granted, these are all really good to have, but your CL for dispelling is horrible.

I am honestly suprised nobody has mentioned the assassin or blackguard yet? Have you all never played NWN?....Oh...thats right...my NWN blackguard has spells because I installead the PrC pack...but even though they don't get spellcasting(though they get some SLAs) in NWN in PnP the Blackguard and Assassin both get spell lists, spellcasting, and where made with the intent that they would be PrCs taken by non-casters. If you don't already know the Blackguard gets spells from level 1-4 and is a divine caster who uses wisdom as their casting stat. Assassins also get level 1-4 spells and is an arcane caster who uses inteligence as their casting stat.

For non-evil guys there is the Vassal of Bahamut.(though this class may only be a NWN PrC pack exclusive(I don't quite remember.)

I'm not sure what you mean by caster type though. It's partially accelerated (3rd to 6th level spells gets one new spell level per class level obtained), and partially normal (1st to 2nd level, 2nd level to 3rd) caster progression.

Also, Forgotten Realms Campaign setting has Harper Scout. 3rd level arcane spells, normal caster progression, charisma based spontaneous casting. As a special note, although the Harper Scout learns spells at each level up, it can also learn all of the spells on its class list by studying scrolls or spellbooks, as it has no limit on spells known.

Edit: If you count infusions as casting, the class Cyre scout from Dragonmarked grants normal progression of infusions. Intelligence based. Edit:The infusion progression starts at 2nd level of the class and progresses up to 4th level infusions. Sorry about that bit of badly written text.

Also from Dragonmarked (Eberron material, btw) if one had no spellcasting ability before entering the class, Nosomatic Chirurgeon grants adept spellcasting up to 4 levels of it, which would grant up to 2nd level divine wisdom-based prepared spells (if one has a high enough wisdom to have bonus spells)

The Vadalis Beastkeeper (Dragonmarked) gets wisdom based divine spells of up to 4th level. normal/slightly delayed progression through spell levels, getting 2nds at 4th level, 3rds at 7th, and only getting bonus 4th level spells for a high wisdom at 10th level.

That's because the Harper Scout was entirely overwritten in Player's Guide to Faerun. A sidebar discusses how it was changed to the Harper Agent, which advances casting instead of having its own.

Complete Arcane has the Sublime Chord, gives spells 4th-9th in ten levels.

I left this out because it requires previous spellcasting ability. It has a prerequisite of level 3 spells, so it essentially advances casting with a different spell list. Thank you though.

They were introduced in the Eberron Campaign Setting for the Artificer base class. Individual Infusions can be found in most of the Eberron books though.

The Merchant Prince (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20060308a&page=4) is a class from Power of Faerun that has its own spell list. Arcane, Int-Based, Prepared, Spellbook-based casting. Gets up to 3rd level spells over 5 levels.
