I was rereading the passage about ravage and affliction in the book of exalated deed and apparently they deal the damage list on the table + the creature charisma modifier + 1 for evil undead or elemental or + 2 for evil outsider, cleric or deity.
Is that right ?
So with unicorn blood for example I would deal 1d3+cha(+1 or 2) str initial damage and 1d4+cha(+1 or 2) secondary damage assuming the creature fail both save.

Yeah, but I had a hard time believing it so i had to ask. Thanks for the response.
that's what it says in the rules and i have seen nothing to indicate it is a typo.
