[3.x] Mini-sized lizard-like race?

Exactly what it says on the tin. I remember reading about a miniature race of lizard like creatures that got a whopping bonus to Dex but I know it wasn't a Pixie... So have I gone crazy or is there such a race?

Possible. The only thing I know of that can be counted as a mini lizard is kobold
