Nervelock (Ex)
When the (monster name) hits with a Plasma Shock, the target's muscles spasm and stiffen. The target falls prone and must succeed on a Fortitude save (DC 19) or be dazed and blinded for 1 round. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Defensive Sight
A (monster name) has a precognitive sixth sense that allows it to anticipate oncoming attacks. It gains an insight bonus to its AC equal to its intelligence modifier, and may instantly pinpoint any invisible creature that makes an attack on it and is within range of its blindsense.

Power Resistance
(Monster Name)s have PR 23. They can lower or raise this PR as a free action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

Shadow Shift
By spending three consecutive full-round actions, a (monster name) can shift between the Plane of Shadow and the Material Plane. When it shifts, it reappears at the last spot it was at on the plane it's shifting to. (So, for instance, if a (monster name) was on the Prime in the 3rd room of Fred's Dungeon, and it shifted over to the Plane of Shadow, next time it shifts to the Prime, it'll appear in Fred's Dungeon. If Fred's Dungeon no longer exists, it'll be where Fred's Dungeon used to be.)

Psi-Like Abilities
At will– telekinetic thrust (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/telekineticThrust.htm) (Will DC 20), telekinetic force (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/telekineticForce.htm), telekinetic maneuver (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/telekineticManeuver.htm); 3/day– energy current (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/energyCurrent.htm) (Reflex/Fort DC 22), control body (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/controlBody.htm) (augmented to affect Huge creatures; Fort DC 21), psionic fly (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/flyPsionic.htm); 1/day– decerebrate (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/decerebrate.htm) (Fort DC 24), crisis of breath (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/crisisofBreath.htm) (augmented to affect four creatures in a 20ft radius burst and to affect animals, fey, giants, magical beasts, monstrous humanoids, aberrations, dragons, and outsiders; Will/Fort DC 25). Save DCs are Intelligence-based instead of Charisma-based; manifester level 15th.

Could I have some help with this monster? It's supposed to fight mostly with its psi-like abilities, and I pictured it like translucent plasma in the shape of a Medium-sized humanoid, but with electric tendrils inside, coming out of it. Picture one of these (http://ttt.astro.su.se/~magnusg/large/Blixtboll3.jpg), only it's human-shaped, more opaque, and the electricity can extend outward.

Thanks for your help in advance!

A bit of explanation of what it does in combat would be nice. Alignment would help too (as the Plane of Shadow tends to be evil, so I'd assume they're Usually Evil.)

They're very hard to kill, and have some nasty spell-likes. I'd normally peg them at CR 15 to match their manifester level, but by that level PCs will waste them. Their power resistance is what I'd go off of for CR. Probably CR 11.

I dunno what to call them. "Luminators". "Illuminators". "Bright Minds".

The alignment is 'any'. Not 'I don't know', 'any'.

That said, thanks for the input.
