I need to remember EVERYTHING!

But the only way I know how to do so is take 6 levels of the atrocious PrC Cerebrex from Dragon Compendium. Anyone know of any other source, be it a race, class, spell, item, whatever?

Autohypnosis (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/skills/autohypnosis.htm) allows you to memorize some stuff, but other than that I can't remember any source for 'photographic memory'.

Please tell me this is a real class.

I think it's from Nymphology. You probably don't want that book.

There's a memorization power from somewhere as well. Edietic Lock...

I second greenish's suggestion. memorizing via autohypnosis is a dc 15 free action. Get a +14 and just declare that you are memorizing everything, problem solved.

Hmm... I hadn't caught that this was a free action, but you're totally right... Might be a good way to handle it. Still, it doesn't give an example of memorizing anything that isn't text or image based. Eidetic Memory (the Cerebrex ability from the OP), however, specifically states that you have perfect recall of all 5 senses. This has become an important part of the character concept, so I think I may just suck it up and bear the weight of the lost caster levels.

I appreciate all of the help, guys! I just got back home (to my books), so I'll do a little more research and see what I can't turn up. If anyone else stumbles on something, please do let me know!

Always a pleasure, playground.

edit: just to clarify, I'm thinking of cheesing out the memory thing by taking things like the 'Listen to This' skill trick, having the guy read the minds of as many people as possible simultaneously, absorbing libraries with Scholar's Touch (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20041210b&page=2) etc., etc. As an alternative to coming up with other ways to get perfect memory, can anyone think of something in particular that would be cool to do it?
