Corpsecrafter affects creatures you create. Augment Summoning affects creatures you summon. Unless you find some loophole to allow you to summon creatures you personally created earlier, then no.

Edit: The Strength bonuses are both Enhancement, so no anyway. The Constitution boost and Hit Point boost are separate, so both would increase the creature's HP, provided you find such a loophole.

To cover the broader question, bonuses of the same type and/or source do not stack unless the type is "dodge" or "untyped."

Or "Circumstance", if the circumstances are different.

And racial bonuses, if multiple races apply.

Also, synergy bonuses.

Wouldn't know about enchantment bonuses, but enhancements bonuses definitely don't stack.

Synergy bonuses are 3.0 only. That type doesn't exist in D&D 3.5.

Hrmm? Am I misreading the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/usingSkills.htm#skillSynergy)?

Yeah, but it's not a real bonus type in 3.5. It's untyped, and stacks for that reason.

Yes, you are.

having 5 or more ranks in one skill gives the character a +2 bonus on skill checks with each of its synergistic skills

As you can see, it is no longer called a synergy bonus, merely "a +2 bonus."

Ah, I see. Thanks.
