I heard about this creature I'm not sure if they have stats for it. Anyone know anything about the iron golem juggernaut?

Are you sure you don't mean the Warforged Juggernaut? I believe that there was something called that in the Eberron Campaign Setting.

Warforged Juggernaut is just a prestige class (Eberron Campaign Setting, page 83), so I kind of doubt that would be remembered as a creature. Maybe the (Greater) Shadesteel Golem in Monster Manual III?

Dragon #295 (3.0) has a variant of Iron Golem (Siege Golem) that replaces its breath weapon with a back-mounted ballista which it can load and fire.

MM2 (3.0 but with a free WOTC 3.5 update) has a construct called simply a "juggernaut"- but that's stone, not iron.

Draconomicon (3.5) has the "Ironwyrm Golem".

That's just its minatures series. It doesn't mean that it's from the book Lords of Madness. Looking at it, I'd guess it's an advanced iron golem, or a modified one, or both.

That's a 4E miniatures set.

It's in 4E MM2- and is basically just a Huge iron golem with a blade instead of a fist.
