dart/shurkin master

I have been looking at a toon that is a master at throwing shurkins and/or darts. the more attacks the better. from there, based on that, when do you get str bonus? or who does that work with getting magic weapons since they count as ammunition? My question to the playground is, does anyone have a link or build for somehting like this already set? If not any reccomendations?

I posted in a similar thread a while back, you can find the whole thing here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=179776), it's very short, but dealt more with the shuriken themselves (but darts should be applicable too).

My thoughts on are to take monk for flurry of blows if you want shuriken, rogue or something similar for SA, and Master Thrower for Palm Throw (and possibly that one that allows you to target their spell resistance). with enough enchantments on your shuriken, you could be doing quite a bit of damage for using a weapon that only deals 1 point of damage.
