Hey playgrounders,
I'm looking for more information on an indie rpg where each player takes on one personality of a single person's multiple personalities. Each player/personality has his/her own goals, and has to vie with the others to take charge of the shared body. I know I've read the rules on the internet somewhere, but I've forgotten the exact name and need help finding it again. The best I can remember is that it is similar to: "Everyone's Brian", but could also be "Everybody is Brian," "Everybody's Brian," etc. I'm also pretty sure that the name used is not Brian, because that particular Google search is fruitless. Has anybody read this as well? Alternately, does anyone have a decent list of indie RPGs to browse through that it might be in?

it sounds familiar...we actually had a player in a GURPS game play a character based on the concept, except the DM played his other personality...it was probably one of the best times I've had even just WITNESSING RP

That. Is. Awesome.

I think I'm going to have to try this game someday.

(Honestly though my first thought on this thread was the Taddol (http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=59989&filters=0_0_0_0&manufacturers_id=2547), a DnD4e 3rd party race with two heads... that are played by two different players.)

There's one old one... I think it was called Khaotic. The group was basically a team of scientists and military personnel who were tasked with using a device to control an extra-dimensional alien. You could hop to different aliens, and were trying to prevent an invasion... It was pretty weird. Hard to find nowadays, too...

This. It's a fascinating game, and my group has been eyeing it for a one shot sometime soon.

Very light ruleset.

Thanks everyone! I'm also thinking of it for a one-shot, it seems like a lot of ridiculous fun.

Yesterday the Parsely games were added to Drive Thru RPG.

Here (http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=87769)

They are all based off of old text adventures and the players take turns in suggesting a simple command for the character.

The GM takes the role of the computer and says what happens next or misinterprets the literal meaning of the player's command.

It's pretty much a puzzle but it looks like a fun one for parties.

Spooky Manor looks like the best one.
