So I am looking at the Ruby Knight Vindicator, specifically the divine impetus class feature. I have heard people rave about this and say it makes the RKV overpowered. What is the big deal about having a huge number of extra swift actions?

You can go nova with your boosts or cast multiple swift action spells/manifest powers. Just think about how good Quicken Spell is. Action economy is what wins encounters.

Low cheese: use for extra boosts/counters.

Moderate cheese: use to cast many quickened spells (basically like having several copies of a particular epic feat)

High cheese: use to cast Celerity, combine with daze immunity, and take several full round actions in a round.

Heh, didn't even think of this one. Do this.

Also when combined with Footsteps of the Divine it allows you to run 49 times around the earth in a round. Build is here: http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19861942/Chuck_E._Cheese

How about 23 full attacks in the first round of combat? Metus Somnambulus, Dread Shadowlord (http://web.archive.org/web/20080404024736/http://forums.gleemax.com/wotc_archive/index.php/t-742643)
