If I use Energy Admixture (electricity) and Born of Three thunders on a fireball, would it have the fire, electricity and sonic subtypes, or just the electricity and sonic subtypes?

Furthermore, would the spell deal Xd6 Fire damage, X/2d6 Electricity Damage and X/2d6 Sonic Damage, or just X/2d6 Electricity Damage and X/2d6 Sonic Damage?

An electricity-fireball with born of three thunders at 6th level would deal:

6d6 fire damage + 3d6 sonic damage + 3d6 electricity damage + a stun + knocked prone. So your first guess it is :smallwink:

Excellent.

So I can use both a Ring of Mystic Fire and a Ring of Mystic Thunders to augment the spell

There is a trick with a spell from Cityscape that has an Area measured in miles. You load it up with metamagic, etc. and it does one or more of several effects to everything in the area. Favorites are Fell Drain, Fell Animate, Exploding? You have to get there through use of Snowcasting+Energy Sub+Born of the Three Thunders, to make it a damaging spell.

Its really quite funny, and you have to be a spontaneous caster to make it work...but be prepared for your GM and fellow players to beat you with books!
