The text for the Dervish's "A Thousand Cuts" says that
A dervish using this ability can receive an extra attack
from the haste spell, but the bonuses provided by the spell do
not stack with the bonuses granted by the class. What bonuses are they referring to when they mention the bonuses provided by the spell? Do they mean that a Dervish doesn't get the haste spell's movement speed/attack/reflex save/AC bonuses while using it, or that the extra attack from haste isn't doubled by A thousand Cuts?

From what I can tell, a Dervish would only get one extra attack at her full BAB, would not get a +1 bonus on her attack or AC, she would get the +1 bonus on her Reflex save, and her speed would only be 30 ft higher then the base. After the spell ends, her speed would drop down to 15 ft higher then the base, as grated by her class. You may be able to convince your GM to allow the bonus to AC by arguing that the line is a reference to stacking rules, which specify that dodge bonuses stack.

RAI is very likely only referencing the extra attack. So you would get twice your normal number, plus one from Haste.

Yea, I agree with Claudius. You get the bonus attack, but you don't DOUBLE the bonus attack.

So, if you had 6 attacks (3 mainhand, 3 offhand), and you were doing Thousand Cuts with Haste, you'd have 7 mainhand and 6 offhand.
