What ever happened to Elan's Coupon?

I vaguely remember Elan once getting a coupon for one favor from Lord Shojo. Did he ever use it? Did he lose it? I don't recall...

The Order used it to get the Linear Guild locked up. Then the hobgoblins attacked and they escaped.

Even if he hadn't used it, it wouldn't do him much good at this point. Shojo is dead, and his successor is an ally and friend who will already grant any favor he can without putting his own people at unreasonable risk. (And would refuse a favor that does put them at unreasonable risk, regardless of any piece of paper Elan shows him.)
