The last one (with spirit shaman casting) didn't go over too well, perhaps because spirit shaman casting is the best in 3.5 barring possibly erudite using the per level per day interpretation.

So instead, this is based on beguiler/dread necromancer/warmage casting: knows the full list (it's seven spells known per level, plus one per two levels; sandshaper dips and such are encouraged), but has limited focus (only two schools, except for the one odd spell out per level, plus nine extra from eclectic learning); it also has no class features (although spellcasting is probably more than enough) and can't cast in light armor.

This almost definitely doesn't fall into T1 category, due to the limited list and known, but it can be T2 with good spell selection. It requires lots and lots of up-front bookwork, but comparatively little afterwards.

Spellcasting
A spellcaster learns and casts spells from her spell list, which is drawn from the spell lists of all classes which learn 9th level spells (such as the cleric, druid, and sorcerer/wizard spell lists). When she gains access to a new level of spells, she automatically knows all the spells for that level on her spell list. She can cast any spell she knows without preparing it ahead of time. Essentially, her spell list is the same as her spells known list. She also has the option of adding to her spell list through her eclectic learning class feature.
A spellcaster must choose at 1st level whether to be an arcane spellcaster or a divine spellcaster. This choice has no impact on the spells that she may learn, but affects what kinds of scrolls she can use. A spellcaster may designate Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma as the ability score that determines the highest-level spell she can learn or cast, the bonus spells she receives for having a high ability score, and the Difficulty Class of her spell's-saving throws.

Spell List
The spellcaster's spell list is composed primarily of spells of two schools, drawn from the spell lists of those classes which learn 9th level spells by 20th level (such as the cleric, druid, and sorcerer/wizard spell lists).
The spellcaster chooses two schools at first level; she is considered to be specialized in these schools and gains a +2 bonus on Spellcraft checks when dealing with a spell or effect from these schools.
The spellcaster begins play with four spells of each level from her chosen schools and one spell of each level from any school on her spell list, plus two additional 0-level spells from her chosen schools. Whenever she gains a caster level, she adds one spell from her chosen schools to her spell list. schools selected at 1st level, and one spell of each level from any school.

Bonus Feats The spellcaster gets one bonus feat at 1st level, one at 4th level, and another one at every fourth class level thereafter (10th, 15th, and so on).

Eclectic Learning (Ex) At 3rd level, and every odd level thereafter, the spellcaster can choose to add a new spell to her spell list of a level no higher than that of the highest-level spell she can cast. The spell can be from any school, but is treated as being on level higher than normal if it is not of one of her selected schools. Once a new spell is selected, it is forever added to her spell list and can be cast just like any other spell on her list.

The table appears to be slightly broken, there being one to few columns for spells.

Can you give an example of how to pick spells at first level and every level afterwards?
