League of Legends Custom Skins

I'm not really sure if this should go under Homebrew or Other, since it is a different game than D&D, but its taking League of Legends and making your own character skin within its parameters, so... I'm going to venture homebrew.

I want to make my own homebrewed League of Legends skin. I want to change the model of a character entirely, but with the same moves of said character. How exactly do I go about doing this?
