Ultra City is a strange city. It is constantly being built, in every direction, endlessly expanding. It is a hippie's worst nightmare. This is a city filled with excess. Countless businesses thrive and collapse here. There is always jobs too! Due to constant construction and reconstruction of the city.

And nobody knows when it started, but there is also a three sided war going on in this city. Many vigilantes fight crime in this city. Sometimes they are successful and become the fear of any criminal who walks Ultra City's streets, while others are "removed" almost the very day they start (Poor Beaverman. It was never to be.)

To counter these many heroes, there is also a thriving super-crime business. This obviously leads to collateral damage leading to more construction jobs.

In an attempt to put a stop to all of this, the city started their own anti-vigilante and super-criminal unit, the Meta-Human Busters, or the M.H.B. for short. However, they rarely succeed and are considered small-fry to both vigilante and villain alike.

And now, another is entering this grand battle between good and evil. A very irate man.

Freshly laid off from his job as a construction worker, one malcontent Sam Fullman is afforded the free time he needs to don the Galvanized All-purpose Vigilante Unit, or GAVU, and clean up the crime on the street. In this case, however, he opts to pay a visit to former superior: Mister Browley. Instead of visiting him normally, of course, it happens that Mr. Fullman covers his car in cement and pulls out more of the windows of his house.

After completing his less than valorous deed, Sam heard something. He couldn't be certain, but it sounded like the alarm of some business a few blocks away. However, no police sirens could be heard. At this same time, one Mr. Browley walked out of his office and saw the GAVU lumbering over his car. "Whaaaaaaa!" was all he could muster as he charged forward. What the man thought he could do to the robotic armor, only god knew.

How will Sam deal with this situation? Is he an embittered prankster, or a cold-blooded killer? You'll just have to read to find out!

Out of the darkness, thin pole-like arms lash from the GAVU, their tiny manipulators reaching into the back of the foreman's pants. Reaching their target, they pull up rapidly, lifting the man by his undergarments and placing him unceremoniously on the roof of his own garage.

After the treads have dug into Browley's lawn to a satisfactory degree, it backs out and heads for the source of the sirens, and listening in on the modified Police Radio interceptor.

And so Sam drove off, the screams and shouts of his ex-boss dying off in the distance. A few cars honk at the hero as he made his way to the alarm, but nothing actually slowed him down.

Sam finally stopped when he arrived at the alarms source. A bank. Just as he got close, one of the walls exploded outwards, showering him debris and nearly knocking him down. Out from the bank floated a glowing figure holding a huge sack of money (with a $ on the side). He however didn't notice the large metal monstrosity that is the GAVU.

Giving a maniacal laugh, he began glowing even brighter.

Last issue, our protagonist, Sam Fullman, while out riding his amazing GAVU power suit had just come face to face with a super-powered floating bank robber! How will the mechanized misfit respond to the luminescent looter?

"A bag with a dollar sign? If that isn't the damndest... (pressing speaker button) Hey, you! Quit your laughing, idiot! You're not going anywhere!"

The smaller servo arms jump to action again, manipulating the tow cable and tossing it to nab their prey in midair!

The luminous bank robber turned in shock as he head the Sam's voice over the loud speaker. "What da he-" and was immediately blind-sided by the hook. It managed to hook on against his belt, along with give him a nice big cut.

Toughness check: 3+7 = 10

"OW!" He screamed, dropping the bag full of money. "You will pay for that!" he added, his voice rising in pitch. He then outstretched his hand and released a stream of fire. "Hehahahaheheehahahahaaaa!"

Attack check: 9+7 = 16 vs Dodge

Toughness check = 1(bleah) + 10 = 11

Thanks to the GAVU's cooling system, the damage was minimized before Sam was boiled alive, but it was done. One of the circuit breakers had blown from the intense heat, and Fullman himself was sweating pretty profusely.

On another note, revenge! The GAVU shifts gears into reverse, and simultaeneously swings the villain into the open section of the wall he'd half destroyed.

"Why do I always get the annoying ones?" He mutters, listening to the terrible cackling and hammy robber.

attack roll: 14 + 3 (fighting)

The glowing villain stopped laughing the second he feels the cable pulling him. "Wait what? WHAAAAAAAAT!" He yells as he tries to use his flight power to resist. However, the GAVU's incredible strength overtakes him, smashing him into a wall.

"Augh!" he yells as he smashes into some wall, making a good cracking sound in the process.

Toughness: 15 + 7 -1 = 21 vs Damage rank 8 + 15 = 23

However, even with all this abuse the luminescent looter still wouldn't go down. "Burn! Burn! Burn!" he screamed, launching another jet of flames at his metal foe.

attack vs dodge: 6 + 7 = 13
