How do I become batman?

I keep seeing references to TLN's guide to being batman, but the link has long since been eliminated. My google-fu also turned up nothing on the matter, so I am forced to look to the playground for help regarding batman.

I understand the idea of the guide, but I have never been able to find a link to it so that I can read it for myself. Does anyone want to summarize/link the guide for me?
