This is a thread dedicated to fleshing out the Heretical Infernal Rai-Jin, Lord of Striking Thunder (also known as the Squall King) through his charmset, panoply, and Devas. Criticism is welcome.

FIRST RAI-JIN EXCELLENCY
Cost: 1m per die
Mins: Essence 1
Type: Reflexive (Step 1 for attacker; Step 2 for defender)
Keywords: Combo-OK
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charm(s): None

The Lord of Striking Thunder is arrogant in his authority and petty and wrathful to those who disrespect it. The Squall King judges these actions as blasphemous, and punishes such impudence with strikes like lightning and the fury of an oncoming storm. To those that appease him, however, he is as gentle as a spring rain.

This charm can be used to enhance any action to smite opposition, especially if they have wronged the user in some way. It can also be used to protect others from infidels such as these. Finally, it can help one rise above his creators, but at a price: it cannot be used against anyone the Warlock has created that rise up against him. Neither can it be used to forgive a slight - an offender deserves only destruction.

By His magnanimosity, you puny mortals may now offer your advice to the mighty Rai-Jin.

The Excellency is much too short, but I'm sure you knew that already.

It's also not descriptive enough. How does Rai-Jin craft? How does he socialize? What does he like, what does he dislike? What does he value, what does he scorn? Does he keep agreements? If so, why? What would he never do? What must he always do?

An Excellency should describe the character and methodology of the Yozi in question, such that someone reading it can mimic that Yozi with their every action, no matter what it is.
