I made a Dragonborn of Bahamut and decided to take some metabreath feats. I have a question about "Shape Breath." My breath weapon is by default a line, and currently 35'. If I shape it as a cone is the range decreased by a certain amount/ratio? Also, i've never been very good at measuring cones. how say a cone goes out 20', how do you measure the width as it leaves the origination point? Thanks.
