Alright. So I got a campaign world I'm working on: The framwork is there, but there's no meat. What I'm looking for is for people to ask me questions a player would ask as if they were trying to learn more about the lore (in order to better help create their character.)

I'm also looking for flaws in the Lore where it conflicts, or ideas on how to improve it (Like the Classifcation system). Anything will be helpful here, so feel free to help me brainstorm!

Supers

Year 2032, December 2nd.

First hand details accounting this day are few and far between, as well as varying from individual story to individual story. Some claim that it started off as a normal day, while others claim that they woke up 'Knowing' that something was wrong. The accounts, however, always end up taking the same path. Regardless of where or what they were doing, it always had begun with the shaking of the Earth -- Even in areas that don't normally have quakes. From there, Liquids turn to gases, before freezing in mid air, falling back down to the ground. Seas churned and bubbled, and lightning raced across clear skys. Above, a solid red moon hovered, large as one's out stretched hand held out a arm's length, as if gazing down upon the world and the chaos it experienced.

As the minutes progressed, events took a turn for the worse. Storms brewed overhead, raining down oil, blood, or even weapons. Cars and buildings were twisted and contorted, as if grabbed by an invisible beast, before being ripped apart and thrown aside. Electronics went on the fritz, radios playing songs from the pasts, and pasts that never were, Clocks stopped working, and toys animated themselves, moving to their own accord. Trees uprooted themselves and crawled up walls, Animals began talking in strange languages and moving in akward, surreal ways. The bodies of those who died to the chaos would get back up as if nothing had happened, but now moved forth to devour the living.

Many thought that this was Armegeddon, Ragnarok, the end of the world, but as abruptly this event had started, it was over. Those that shouldn't move on their own stopped, sea's and liquids resumed their normal states. The weather cleared up, and the earth stopped shaking. The only evidence that this had happened was the wreckage that it left behind, the lives that it had took, and the large moon that hovered overhead.

In the recovery stages after these events, people begain to 'notice' things. Some would find that they could move things with their mind, or produce fire with a thought. Others found themselves able to move things that should be outside the capacity of humans. Some found that they able to close wounds with a wave of the hand, or cause new ones if their anger flaired.

Poets and writers come back to this day, saying that the lives given were nessicary to bring 'Magic' to this world.

The year is now 2059. 27 years after the events of 'Ragnarok', and the political map of the world has changed much. After the recovery from the earth-shaking events, many inidividuals began appearing by the numbers with 'special' or 'abnormal' abilities. Goverments began taking interest into these individiuals, and while orignally they were used to help with the relief efforts, they eventually began to be used for more nefarious purposes.

The first recored "incident" between countries was out by North Korea, which used a number of what they had called 'Specials' to break into and level Seoul in South Korea. This ignited a war between North and South Korea, supported by China and United States respectively. North Korean and China eventually won out, China turning to other providences nearby to conquer with their new found power. They overtook Japan (Nearly making the Japanese extinct in the same event), after a long struggle against both Japanese and USA forces. They also swept north to attempt to overtake Russia, but failed against the already mobilized Russain 'Special' army.

Under the new growing threat, the United States, along with what remained of Japan, allied with Canada, Mexico, and South America to pool their 'specials' towarrds a Joint force operation in order to stop China's growing war. They allied with European forces as China swept westward (Taking much of the Middle east) and managed to lock China in a bloody stalemate that lasted several years.

China also moved down and swept towards Australia, who, despite assurances of being backed by Coalition forces, surrendered to China. China also moved down to take Africa, but was stopped by Egypt and the rest of the united African nations.

World War 3, or the M.A.G.E.'s war lasted all of 13 years, before attempts for peace were made. Forming a new United Nations, China, the North American Coalition, Russia, United Europe, and Africa (Under the banner of Egypt) came together, forming a peace-treaty to end the war. Soon after the treaty was solidified, the nations came together for their first offical act: Dealing with M.A.G.E.

M.A.G.E. (Magical and/or Gifted Entities) were a threat to normal people: A single MAGE could easily level a city by themselves unchecked. While such options as 'Genocide' or 'Imprisonment' came up to deal with these individuals, many people who participated in the War were MAGE themselves, and in such, had the support of the people. So instead MAGEDB was formed (Magical and Gifted Entities Data Base); a Data base that had every MAGI registered in it. This data base was centurally located in Greenland(Who had remained neutral throughout the war), and is manned by at least one individual from each of the different major powers. MAGEDB runs a program called MAGIC (Magically and/or Gifted Insitution of Collection) which pits these 'MAGE' (Or Supers, as they're often called) against un-registered MAGEs in order to have them register. Most people register when asked, but a few indvidiuals need 'coaxing' before they join up.

MAGIC uses a dual-type classifcation for determining the threat of Supers.
The first classifcation is based off of power alone:

Level 0 - Effects produce, but not enough to alter anything signficiant. Prestigination type effects, or maybe effects that are too weak to pose a threat. The majority of individuals in this category are young, as powers tend to grow with age, before peaking around late twenties.
Level 1 - Can alter a small area (City block), or can harm an individual. Also reserved for defensive abilities and restorative abilities.
Level 2 - Can alter a large area (City), or can kill an individual. Reserved for most close combat-oriented powers
Level 3 - Can alter a huge area (State), or can kill many individuals. People in this category are often watched closely.
Level 4 - Can alter a massive area (Country), can kill indiviuals beyong level 3. Peopel in this category are either imprisoned or not allowed to live due to the threat that they could pose.

The second classfication is based off of intent:

U - Unknown. Their power is not known to the individual; Most individuals in this category are found by 'Seekers'
N - Neutral/Normal. This Classifcation is for people will simply live without using their power, or don't have strong feelings about it.
B - Beneficial. This classifcation is for people who want to help others with their powers. Most Supers are placed in this category.
H - Hostile. This classfication is for people who want to harm others with their powers.

Combined together, this gives a general 'scope' on how to deal with individuals.

This is where the players come in -- They are apart of MAGIC, who deal with Other supers on an individual bases. Most 'Missions' that they are set out on will be based on capturing or dealing with Meta-humans.

Alright, with that out of the way, what questions can you find to ask me?
