@LOTRfan:
All these things can be found in the 1st edition Fiend Folio.
The yeti with tentacles (at least that's what the description claims it to represent graphically) is the prince of evil ice elementals, with the lame name Cryonax.
The bald guy with small lightning sparks for hair is called a shocker, who deal damage to anybody with a metal weapon attacking them. Strangely enough, when these things die, they leave some gems behind.
The leopard with snakes breaths a sleeping cone, and is called a kamadan. That's probably why everybody sleeps when those things come. Lame-Oh.
The last one's the most dreaded thing of them all, the dire mutated ostrich clubnek

I think it's in the Lords of Madness. Never mind, I was thinking of Hound of the Gloom.

There must be a reason that owls are considered terrifying enough to crossbreed with so many things. Maybe one of the developers had a crippling fear of them?

Perhaps the owlstrich, or the ostwl (try reading that).

I think they are both fungus people.
The tiny ones are the "singing and dancing mushrooms". Very primitive creatures, but they love all kind of music which makes them hop around with their tiny stubby bodies.
