I remember seeing slashing arrows in some D&D book or another, but its been a long time, and I cannot remember where it was.

I remember that the arrowheads were shaped like a shaolin spade so that the arrow would look something like this:

Also, I think they had a bonus for cutting ropes at range, or similar.

Can anyone tell me what book(s) slashing arrows are in? It might have been a 3.0 book as well, I'm not sure.

Races of the Wild, pg. 164. Serpentstongue arrows. They also have a few other types including blunt arrows.
