I thought I read it before but I was unsure. Any it would be really helpful in this case :)

Or if anyone knows of a way for divine casters to get Planar Binding that'd be sweet to. Either works :)

What exactly are you wanting from the domain? Granted power or spells?

Were you thinking of Domain Wizards (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#wizardVariantDomainWiz ard)?

If you're trying to get Planar Ally on an arcanist so as to qualify for Thaumaturgist, Arcane Disciple (CDiv) works. If you'd like a divine caster with Planar Binding, I believe Malconvoker (CSco) will give it to you.

I am trying to build a really good CE summoner who uses demons. Which is harder than one would expect. I essentially wanna use demon labor, have demon spies, and some sort of demon combat force.

The Arcane Disciple feat lets you cast Domain spells.

Doesn't Planar Binding give you exactly what you're looking for, though?

There is always Extra Spell. As it's written it allows you to know one extra spell, no matter its origin.

If I remember, you can take a variant from Complete Champion, which allows you to sacrifice your extra metamagic feats that you get as a wizard in exchange for a domain that fits the portfolio of your deity.
