A question just for fun:
What does a company calling itself “Bad Year” sell?

I think tires, its not.

Must be relative large business. To be in scale with the marketing effort.

I liked it for what I think might be a Spaceballs reference. Lonestar at one point refers to Spaceball One as the "Badyear Blimp".

Like Slayerx, I'm assuming that it's something like wagon wheels or the like.

bad year indeed. slave drivers need a good torture machine that won't break down when the screams are only just getting just to shrieking territory

They sell protection for the thieves guild, as in : " Pay us, or you'll have a bad year..."

It doesn't sell anything, I presume. It just makes people miserable.
Gives them a 'bad year', as it were.
On an interesting observation, this is NOT the first Bad Year blimp used by villains. King Koopa, in the Super Mario Bros. comics, also had one...before it was shot down by Princess Toadstool on a magic carpet.

Items I think bad year might sell:

Whips, thumb screws, iron maidens, pears of anguish, racks, gallows, guillotines, cat o' nine tails, headsman axes, brazen bulls, stocks, cattle prods, brands, Judas craddles, ropes, chains, floggers, dunking chairs, cauldrons, coffins, heretic's forks, stakes, needles, pillories, scavenger's daughters, chastity belts, breaking wheels, cages, and scold's bridles.

... I may be a little fascinated by torture devices.

I think it's clear that they are one of the OotS verse's largest growers and sellers of cauliflower.

OHGODIGOOGLEDIT

It's actually kinda pretty.
But what it does.
Is horrifying.
But it's still a pretty object. I want one. It would be a wonderful... conversation... piece... torture... silverpearofdoom.

Yep. I'd say that description is accurate. I'd leave it in the museum, though.
