Yep.

Abelgard spurs his mount onward, and charges down on his sparring mate with a vengence. His body begins to glow until it erupts in flame on the way to his opponent. Once he delivers his blow he thunders by and wheels around.
Charge attack with searing charge and in flames blessing stance(this is not my most powerful attack, just want to see how it works)

Claws formed out of eldritch energy form around Samuel's hands, and he attacks in a blur of motion. (Flurry of Blows/Two-weapon Fighting)

Thank god for AC bonus from swordsage, thought I was a gonner for a second. Looks like my AC is about 42 right now, and If I had remembered to activate my boots it would be 43.

The shocker lizard on Samuel's shoulder, realizing that the enemy would be easily able to avoid the electric shock, instead decides to aid Samuel's efforts. [roll0] vs 10.

A ghastly, demonic mask appears over Samuel's face. He quickly creates an eldritch spear formed of hellish energy. The swirling vest on his chest protecting him against the recoil, Samuel launches the spear at his foe.

[roll1] (touch attack) If shocker lizard's Aid Another suceeds, add 2 to this roll. It didn't.

If you passed within 30 feet of me, I could detect it.

Anyway, Abelgard makes a zigzag charge across the field, healing himself to full as he does so. (my heal potion will do that, at the min so no need to roll.) He effectivly covers the whole field in one double move turn (mount speed, 60x2=120 with 30 foot radius, he will find you. Question is, where)

Can you clarify the actions used here? If you took a full-round to move or a move action, I'll need to clarify how far you got. The arena has a circumference of 300', so even a full round doesn't get you from one side to the other if you hug the edge.

I'll do detection if you both are ok with that.

If you post invisible locations in spoilers, I'll be able to do LoS easier.

I took a full action to drink a potion and to urge my mount to run around the arena. x4 move speed. I hug the inside, 30 feet away(blindsense in a 60foot white circle centered on me), zigzaging around to get every part of the arena.

I'm taking it that you stop your turn by drawing your weapon in G11?

If so, then Samuel is still invisible. He passes through the radius of your Blindsense, exiting at the southernmost edge (H19, I think?). He ends up at Q16 +40 ft (woohoo for flying)

Then he fires another spear of eldritch energy at you.

Shocker lizard's Aid Another: [roll0] DC 10, if successful add +2 to Samuel's attack roll

Im never flat footed... Anyway, im pretty sure the giant blasts of arcane power coming from you give you away. I had assume you wouldnt run and hid, but seriously its hard to miss them..... terminally, as you seem to be dming can I get a ruling on me knowing withing a few feet where he is?

Invisibility combines with sniping in a very specific way.

You can make a spot check to see someone who is invisible at a -20 penalty to the roll, as per Epic rules.
You hide after attacking at a -20 penalty.
Basically, it turns into a straight spot vs hide check.

You don't automatically get the location of anyone who attacks you unless it's a melee attack, sadly.

And Elf, I assume that by never flatfooted you mean Uncanny Dodge? Or do you have a different ability?

You get one reactive per round, and you can make more as a move action.

I believe that this is the first round he attacked in, since we rewinded by one round, and you literally cannot beat a +26 modifier.

I know, but I thought he attacked the round before... Anyway readying a martial manouver, Abelgard heads toward the last place he sensed the warlock and moves to cover as much ground as possible (60 feet move from his mount). If possible he gets as close as possible (melee range)

When and if he finds him, he will initiate the manouver mentioned.

The counter states no need to "find him". If he attacks, I can counter and teleport beside him. Once there my hearing the air blindsense takes over and I have 50% concealment as you said. Now he should have no concealment withing 30 feet and 50% out of 30 feet cause of the flames (assuming my 41 hit)

You can't use actions from the previous turn, lol.

An Immediate action uses up your *next* swift action. If done on your own turn, it's basically a swift action. If done on the enemy turn, you can't use the swift during your next turn.

Ohh, that was a maneuver? I thought it was part of the counter. I'm afraid that if you don't get to attack as part of the counter, you just kind of drop, and won't get chance to use it. If the counter does let you make an attack, then you get to land it.

Nope. But this leaves me free to use a full round manouver(Searing charge) that lets me fly = to base speed. So I stop falling(I can calculate the distance fallen in about 1/2-1 second if you want, but its not very large) and rise back up to attack.

Sadly, no. He has a move action to go still, and in the time it takes him to fly off, you could easily hit the ground.

Erm. Rules on falling are odd. I dunno, I guess it does kind of work at the end of his turn.

He does have an AoO to take on ya, and if that maneuver requires a charge you can't use it.

What do you mean? They get +Int on Reflex saves, rolls to confirm crits, damage on flat-footed or flanked opponents, opposed checks, and attack/damage of AoO.

No, you get the AoO, but you moved before your attack. He did not get to attack, I don't think.

A Charge requires you to have LoS to the target at the beginning of your turn:


You must move before your attack, not after. You must move at least 10 feet (2 squares) and may move up to double your speed directly toward the designated opponent.

You must have a clear path toward the opponent, and nothing can hinder your movement (such as difficult terrain or obstacles). Here’s what it means to have a clear path. First, you must move to the closest space from which you can attack the opponent. (If this space is occupied or otherwise blocked, you can’t charge.) Second, if any line from your starting space to the ending space passes through a square that blocks movement, slows movement, or contains a creature (even an ally), you can’t charge. (Helpless creatures don’t stop a charge.)

If you don’t have line of sight to the opponent at the start of your turn, you can’t charge that opponent.

This *was* a kind of non-event once I realised you had no way to detect invis bar hearing the air, and no flight.

At L15 with neither of those, you're potentially unable to fight effectively without party buffs against 1/2 of the CR appropriate enemies. Flight is REALLY important to get in some form, as is see invis or true seeing.

At L15 with neither of those, you're potentially unable to fight effectively without party buffs against 1/2 of the CR appropriate enemies. Flight is REALLY important to get in some form, as is see invis or true seeing.

Actually, I can fly. Just not high enough. I figured the rooms would be low so I got a stance that lets my fly only 30 feet above the ground..

Bone Armor is a +4 Shield already factored into my AC, it also grants a 20% miss chance.

Since your directly in front of me, I may as well attack back.

A greatsword appears within his hands and he attack with it, after he attack, it shatters. Next a kukri appears in his other hand and attacks with it as well. Next a longsword appears for him to attack you with. After the attack the same kukri appears and he attacks with it. Lastly, a spiked gauntlet appears on his hand, and he reaches out to strike with it. The kukri appears one last time and strikes at you.

And about half that hit me. Trying to remember if those with the advantage of height get a bonus to defense.
Oh and with you being the only thing to attack me I get the desert wind dodge and dodge... To leave me with an AC of around 42... maybe higher....

Hm. You failed the Will Save.. Attack 3 damage doesn't apply. My attack goes up by +2. And I score an autoconfirmed critical with a vorpal longsword.

I really don't want you to auto die though.. I rather you just take the damage and the fight continue.

Anyway, I built the sheet in about an hour when carter said "first come first serve" then I was to lazy to fix it. Ah well.

Errr I dunno how much damage I CAN take.... If I get those rules for mounted combat I may have enough of an AC to not bother about any of that.
